Analysis techniques

 

In today’s world there are vast areas of materials technology which would benefit from the aplications

of surface analysis techniques in both research and quality control. Over the years an enormous

number of techniques have been developed to probe different aspects of the chemistry and physics

of surfaces, however, only a few have found wide applications in basic surface science and

applied suraface analysis.
